アプリ内で削除する
- Fanely を開き、アカウント画面へ進みます。
- 「サービスを退会」を選びます。
- 画面の案内に従って、確認と必要な再認証を完了します。
子どもモード中は、大人モードへ戻してから操作してください。家族内の役割によっては、先に別の保護者を設定するか、家族を解散する必要があります。
アプリを利用できない場合に削除を申請する
アプリをアンインストール済みの場合などは、Fanely の LINE 公式アカウントへ「Fanelyアカウント削除希望」と送信してください。本人確認後、アカウントと関連データの削除を進めます。
本人確認に必要な情報を個別にご案内します。パスワードや確認コードは送信しないでください。
削除されるデータと保持されるデータ
サインイン用アカウント、アカウント設定、購読状態の記録、端末通知トークン、プロフィール画像、およびアカウントと家族メンバーのログイン連携を削除します。家族に有効なメンバーが残らない場合は、その家族のデータも削除します。
ほかの家族メンバーが利用を続ける場合は、家族内の履歴を保つため、退会済みメンバーの表示情報と、共有されていた取引、お手伝い、グッドポイント、貯金ゴールなどの記録を、家族が削除されるまで保持することがあります。これらは退会後のサインイン用アカウントとは連携されません。追加の削除または匿名化を希望する場合は、上記の窓口から申請してください。
法令対応、不正利用防止、紛争対応のために必要な情報は、目的達成に必要な期間に限って保持する場合があります。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
サブスクリプションについて
Fanely アカウントを削除しても、App Store または Google Play のサブスクリプションは自動では解約されません。アカウントを削除する前に、利用したストアで解約してください。
Delete your Fanely account and data
Fanely, provided by Altive Inc., lets you delete your account in the app or request deletion outside the app.
Delete in the app
- Open Fanely and go to the Account screen.
- Select “Delete account.”
- Complete the confirmation and any required reauthentication shown on screen.
If you cannot use the app, contact the official Fanely LINE account and send “Fanely account deletion request.” We will verify that you own the account before processing the request.
We delete the sign-in account, account settings, subscription-status records, notification tokens, profile image, and the sign-in link to the family member. If no active family member remains, the family data is also deleted.
If other family members continue using Fanely, shared family history and the former member information needed to understand that history may be retained until the family is deleted. It is no longer linked to the deleted sign-in account. Contact us to request additional deletion or anonymization. Information required for legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes may be retained only as long as necessary.
Deleting a Fanely account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the relevant store before deleting the account.
